Jennifer Branchini’s leadership path began early in her career, inspired by her aunt’s leadership role at a local association, and strengthened through her involvement in the Young Professionals Network. What started as a desire to learn quickly became a commitment to serve - and a firsthand understanding that lasting progress happens when members step forward, listen to one another, and work together.

That commitment has guided Jennifer through some of the most consequential moments facing our industry. From serving as Treasurer of the California Association of REALTORS® during the COVID-19 pandemic to representing members as an NAR Regional Vice President through unprecedented change, she has always answered the call to lead.

As a regional leader with Compass in the Bay Area - overseeing more than 120 agents - Jennifer remains closely connected to the realities members face every day. Her perspective is grounded in experience, shaped by service, and guided by a deep respect for the profession, the people within it, and the family who keeps her grounded.
